Janine de Muinck is the visionary Founding Director of INTERACT WA. Since moving from the Netherlands to Australia in 2013, she has been dedicated to transforming experiential learning within Australian L&D programs, fueled by her passion for education and personal development.
With a background in theatre studies, a decade in the corporate world, and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Janine is also a pioneering graduate of the innovative Diploma of Experiential Learning—the first program globally focused on role-play-based learning.
Boasting nearly 20 years of experience as a roleplay actor, training facilitator, and executive coach, Janine empowers individuals to master professional communication and leadership skills through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
Under her leadership, INTERACT WA has become a respected business. Its small, dedicated team is committed to crafting immersive and impactful learning journeys, transforming the professional development landscape in exciting ways.
