Our Story
Janine de Muinck is the Founding Director of INTERACT WA. After moving from the Netherlands to Australia in 2013, she has set out to bring more experiential learning to Australian L&D programs.
In addition to her theatre studies, her 10-year corporate career, and her Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Janine is one of the first graduates of the ground-breaking Diploma of Experiential Learning which is the first program in the world that offers in-depth study of the art and science of roleplay-based learning.
Now approaching 20 years of experience as a roleplay actor, training facilitator and executive coach, she uses her experience to help people grow and develop their professional communication and leadership skills.
Over the years INTERACT WA has become a well-established, highly regarded business with a small team of training facilitators, theatre makers and roleplay actors who all share a passion for creating learning experiences that are immersive and actionable.
How we Run our Business
We believe in honesty, integrity and great results. We also like the human touch. We personally know and work regularly with every member of our team and this helps us maintain quality and consistency for our clients.
We have one purpose:
To make a positive difference in the way people interact.
Our four core values reflect and shape our behaviours and are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re also pretty keen on doing our bit to create a safe and just world for all. We support a number of charities that are focused on mental health and education projects, like RUOK? and The Smith Family.
