where it all
began.
Janine de Muinck founded INTERACT WA in 2014 on a simple belief:
The conversations that matter deserve rehearsal.
A graduate of the Dutch Master’s program in Roleplay Acting for Training and Development, Janine has a background in theatre and nearly 20 years of experience in leadership training, facilitation and coaching.
After moving from the Netherlands to Australia, she created INTERACT WA to make workplace communication training more practical and engaging. Today, Janine leads a skilled team of professional roleplay actors who deliver realistic leadership training and communication practice—helping people turn learning into action.
At INTERACT WA, practice isn't an add-on to learning.
It is the learning.
