how we deliver
built around
your people.
We don't deliver generic training. Every workshop is built from the ground up around your people, your culture and the specific conversations your teams are navigating.
We work with you to understand the communication challenges your organisation faces, then design a workshop experience that reflects those realities, so participants immediately connect the learning to their own world.
The result is training that feels relevant, credible and immediately transferable to real workplace conversations.
Because learning should be active, practical and memorable.
What Clients Say
What a fantastic session! The actors were amazing and I will take a lot from this workshop for all areas of my life, work and home.
choosing the right experience
workshops or
practice labs?
Both experiences focus on improving real workplace conversations, but they serve different purposes. Here is how they are different.
Designed for larger groups and usually run over a half-day or full-day. Workshops can explore multiple communication topics through a mix of practical activities, discussion and actor-led demonstrations.
Short, focused sessions for small groups. Each LAB centres on one specific communication challenge, giving everyone time to practise realistic conversations with a professional roleplay actor and receive feedback.
the combination approach
Many organisations choose to combine both, using workshops to introduce concepts and Practice LABS to embed them through deliberate practice.
do the workshop to:
Introduce communication concepts and frameworks. Build awareness, understanding and initial confidence.
do the practice lab to:
Apply those frameworks in realistic, one-on-one conversations with professional role-players.
This combination allows participants to move from insight to action, and from theory to lasting improvements in performance and workplace relationships.
