Both experiences focus on improving real workplace conversations, but they serve different purposes. Here is how they are different.
Participants explore communication frameworks, reflect on their own leadership style, and practise through interactive exercises and group activities. The focus is on building knowledge and awareness that can be immediately applied.
Participants work one-on-one with professional role-players to practise real conversations in a safe, realistic environment. The focus is on rehearsing specific conversations before they happen in real life.
