INTERACT WA Pty Ltd. provides its services under the following Terms and Conditions. By accepting a quote issued by us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

INTERACT WA delivers experiential learning services, including (but not limited to):

  • Practice LABS
  • Workshops and facilitation
  • Roleplay simulations with professional actors
  • Coaching and development sessions

All services are tailored to the client’s needs based on information provided at the time of booking.

Bookings & Confirmation

Our proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days. When a proposal is not accepted within 30 days INTERACT WA is unable to guarantee the availability of its team and pricing.

A booking is confirmed when:

  • A written agreement, proposal approval, or email confirmation is received; and
  • Any required deposit (if applicable) is paid

Pre-paid quotes must commence within 6 months of payment; they may be subject to a price increase if not started within that period.

Confirmed bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Fees & Payment

  • All fees are quoted in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed
  • For large projects, staged invoicing may apply
  • Late payments may incur interest and/or delay delivery of services

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. The following applies:

Client cancellations:

  • More than 10 business days: No fee
  • 5–10 business days: 50% of total fee
  • Less than 5 business days: 100% of total fee

Rescheduling:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule
  • Additional costs may apply if actors/facilitators need to be rebooked

Changes to Scope

If the agreed scope of work changes (e.g. additional participants, extended duration, new scenarios), INTERACT WA reserves the right to:

  • Adjust fees accordingly
  • Reconfirm delivery requirements

Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information about participants and context
  • Ensure participants attend and engage respectfully
  • Provide a safe and appropriate learning environment (physical or virtual)

Psychological Safety & Participation

Our work involves realistic simulations and practice of challenging conversations.

  • Participation is voluntary, and individuals may opt out of activities
  • INTERACT WA creates psychologically safe environments, but outcomes depend on participant engagement
  • We are not responsible for individual emotional responses arising from participation

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of INTERACT WA.

Clients may:

  • Use materials internally for learning purposes

Clients may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercialise materials without written consent

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential.

  • Any scenarios or examples used in sessions are handled with discretion
  • Participants are encouraged to maintain confidentiality of shared discussions

Use of Actors & Simulations

INTERACT WA uses trained professional roleplay actors (“INTERACTORS”).

  • Simulations are designed for learning purposes, not assessment unless explicitly agreed
  • Actors provide behavioural feedback based on observed interactions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • INTERACT WA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Illness
  • Travel disruption
  • Venue issues
  • Natural events

We will work with you to reschedule where possible.

Health & Safety

Clients must ensure:

  • A safe physical or virtual environment
  • Compliance with relevant workplace health and safety requirements

INTERACT WA reserves the right to stop delivery if safety is compromised.

Contractor Delivery

INTERACT WA may engage trained contractors (including facilitators and actors) to deliver services. All contractors operate under INTERACT WA standards and agreements.

Recording & Photography

  • Sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent
  • INTERACT WA may request permission to capture non-identifiable images or testimonials for marketing purposes

Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement in writing.
Cancellation fees (Section 4) will apply where relevant.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Acceptance

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
